Help Needed

I need some help with definitions from you. I call the above a Fluxus Poem or Visual Poem.

Someone told me though that it is Mail-Art. The question is simple: "What would YOU call this?". Please leave a comment and an explenation.

The term that comes to mind is "alphabeta." Created definition: A structural composition of typographic and iconic images that exhibits more than one energy state. An alphabeta could be considered mail-art if it "went postal." ;-]
